Five jurisdictionsMexico, Costa Rica, the United States, Argentina and Chile.

Taken together, the engagements described on this page represent US$8bn of aggregate transaction and asset value: US$500M announced and executed, US$5bn of transactions currently under mandate measured at expected completion, and US$2.5bn of total asset value for a development in execution. That aggregate combines transaction values and asset values prepared on different bases; it is not a measure of capital arranged, placed or funded by NWVT, nor of fees earned. US$500M refers to the announced value of the charging-infrastructure investment programme publicly reported in March 2026, on which NWVT acted as structuring and documentation adviser. Transactions under mandate refers to the aggregate value, measured at expected completion, of transactions on which NWVT is currently engaged; those transactions have not reached financial close, and the figure does not represent amounts arranged, placed or funded by NWVT, nor fees earned. It is stated conservatively and is subject to change. The two figures cover different transactions and do not overlap: the announced programme is not included in the transactions-under-mandate figure. Counterparties and figures for undisclosed transactions are available under NDA and subject to counterparty consent.
